No items are shipped to your address unless you purchase a select set of special items that we offer: Rosary or Stations of the Cross CDs/Booklets, USB flashdrives of the files that make up the course contents, or our special Patron Saint Bookmark. While CatechismClass.com does offer some of our courses on paperback, those paperbacks must be purchased online through the Lulu.com website. No books in any way are sold, offered, or mailed for purchases on the CatechismClass.com website. A completed transaction does not warrant unlimited use of our products, notwithstanding. You are only allowed to use the same for personal or professional use. Purchase and full payment of any of our products does not operate to transfer our exclusive right to sell or otherwise distribute the same. They are not for resale or redistribution whatsoever notwithstanding the presence of absence of monetary consideration. In addition thereto, organizations availing of our program or product are prohibited from purchasing one program for multiple users. Users seeking a certificate of completion following their use of the course agree to follow the Course Requirements for each individual course of studying, understanding that for some certificates multiple programs must be purchased and passage. Passage of a program may involve remedial work which may cost additional amounts. The passing percentage for any course of study is kept by The Goldhead Group, Ltd and will be strictly enforced. Users may request to know the passage requirements by contacting the offices of The Goldhead Group, Ltd. Users seeking certificates are also required to submit the necessary processing charges; such charges are required to receive a certificate in either printed or electronic format; such charges are not shipping charges and should not be construed as shipping charges. Additionally, some courses of study may require the purchase of outside books or materials that are readily available online. Users hereby agree that these materials are purchased at an extra cost above and beyond the amount remitted to The Goldhead Group. Users may inquiry about the usage of outside books before purchasing a course but no purchase will be canceled or undone if a user requests so for the reason of needing an outside purchase of a book or any outside course materials whatsoever.

At no time are refunds offered for programs of any kind (unless required by law). After a user purchases a program, those materials are made available immediately in their online account. Users who do not use materials may contact The Goldhead Group Ltd and request their purchases be donated to someone else or the user may request in-store credit with The Goldhead Group, Ltd for future purchases.
